Learning the Minor Arcana
The 56 Minor Arcana narrate the details of daily life. Without them a reading stays vague and abstract.
Learn each suit separately and link it to an element: Wands with fire, Cups with water, Swords with air, Pentacles with earth. That elemental link is the key to meaning.
Within each suit the numbers 1–10 tell a small journey: Ace is beginning, the middles are growth and challenge, the Nine is inner peak, the Ten is completion. Grasp that rhythm and 40 numbered cards become easy to read.
Practise the Court Cards separately — they are people or roles that appear in the reading. To start, pair each Court Card with someone you know in daily life.
